WNC Wins Hsinchu Science Park Innovative Product Award for Second Straight Year

Hsinchu, Taiwan, December 15, 2025 — WNC Corporation (WNC) won the 2025 Hsinchu Science Park Innovative Product Award with its UWB Digital Key for Fleet Management, securing the award for the second straight year after its High Performance Computer won in 2024. This award underscores WNC’s strong R&D capabilities in the fields of network communications and smart applications and affirms its position at the forefront of technological innovation.
The UWB Digital Key for Fleet Management was jointly developed by WNC and an international software company and utilizes the latest ultra-wideband (UWB) communications technology. This solution is powered by automotive processors and provides a one-stop, integrated hardware–software platform. Built on a digital car key capable of high-precision positioning, it addresses pain points in vehicle management through innovative cloud backend integration. Offering features such as flexible authorization management, real-time monitoring and data analysis, and secure access, the solution significantly boosts vehicle dispatch efficiency and management security — setting a new benchmark for future fleet and corporate vehicle management.
The Hsinchu Science Park Bureau established this award to encourage companies in the Park to conduct innovative research and develop products that have market potential and which improve existing technologies and enhance competitiveness. The evaluation criteria focuses on areas such as innovation, technology, competitiveness, as well as human resources and capital invested in research. To win this award, companies need to undergo a rigorous evaluation process, including submission of related documents at the first stage and an in-person presentation for the final review.
