Hsinchu, May 16, 2025 — Wistron NeWeb Corporation held its shareholders' meeting today, where shareholders approved the proposal to change the company's English name from "Wistron NeWeb Corporation" to "WNC Corporation". Through the new name, the company aims to strengthen its international competitiveness and enhance corporate recognition. WNC will proceed with the required registration and filing procedures with the relevant regulatory bodies in accordance with legal requirements. The process is expected to be completed within two weeks (subject to regulatory approval proceedings), after which formal notifications will be sent to customers and global partners to ensure continuity and consistency in business operations and contract execution.
